Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping:
Countryman's Fist ships orders within the US by UPS or USPS. We do NOT request or require a
signature for USPS or UPS deliveries. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not
include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. If a signature is required a
$2.00 charge will be added to your bill. We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either
re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. If
you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error incorrect or missing apartment
number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this
correction.
International Shipping:
We ship to *MOST* countries that are not considered "high risk". Shipping options are USPS
Global Priority, Global Express Guaranteed or Global Express. International customers shipping
charges will be based on the weight of order and county of destination and are non-negotiable.
At the current time we accept Visa, Mastercard, & Paypal for international orders. Do not order
items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we
cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if
your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by
Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund.
If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition,
we will credit you the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee, but you are still responsible for
the shipping charges. Since USPS has no control over packages once they have left the country,
we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Prepayment is required.
Return Policy
All problems with orders must be reported within 14 days of receiving items.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with proper authorization. All
items must be new, unworn and unwashed, free from defects, abnormal smells, and with original
packaging and tags attached, if applicable. All items returned that are not in the same condition
as received or after 14 days will be refused and returned, no exceptions, and item(s) will be
returned at your expense. All returns for a refund must be made within 14 days of purchase and
are subject to a 25% restocking unless an incorrect shipment has occurred on our part.
Countryman's Fist will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned to us
during shipping. The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs. Please
ensure a signature required when shipping items back to us. We are not responsible for lost
packages. Items returned after 14 days will receive a store credit. If a shipment has been sent to
you and it is refused or returned to us for any reason then you will be subject to a 25% return fee
and issued a store credit by gift card for the remainder. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment.

right to change prices at anytime without prior notice.
